1. Service Description

MicroGaps provides deeply-researched micro SaaS opportunity reports, an Idea Deep Dive validation tool, and Custom Research reports for Founder-tier members. Our platform helps indie developers and solo founders discover, validate, and plan micro SaaS businesses.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use MicroGaps.

3. User Responsibilities

• Reports are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share report content.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or programmatically access MicroGaps content.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, analysis, and content on MicroGaps are owned by MicroGaps. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use reports for your own personal and business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute report content in any form.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing.

• Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Founder plan members who cancel and later resubscribe retain their locked-in pricing.

6. Content Disclaimer

MicroGaps reports are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional business advice.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report, nor do we guarantee that following any report will lead to business success or revenue.

Market conditions, competitor landscapes, and opportunities change rapidly. Always conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

MicroGaps reports use AI-assisted research combined with human curation and verification. While we strive for accuracy and cite real sources in every report, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. All reports include source citations for independent verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroGaps and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MicroGaps in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms MicroGaps or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use of MicroGaps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

All billing and payment matters are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record, subject to their terms of service. For any other disputes related to these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication before pursuing formal action.
